Limited Surface Testing
Starting at $250
Limited surface testing starts at $250 and includes one surface sample. This is not a comprehensive mold inspection and does not include air sampling, evaluation of the entire property, or a remediation protocol. The purpose of this service is limited to identifying whether the sampled material is mold and, when applicable, the type of fungal growth present. Additional sampling or a full mold inspection may be recommended if conditions observed on site warrant further evaluation.
Asbestos Testing
Starting at $250
Asbestos testing starts at $250 for the site visit. Final pricing depends on the number of bulk samples required. Sample counts are determined on site by an AHERA-trained inspector following federal AHERA sampling standards and based on the material, location, and homogeneous areas, not by customer selection.
Full payment is due at the end of the inspection.
